- Do interview credits expire?
- No, on any paid plan. Credits sit on your account until you use them: no monthly reset, no annual term, no use-it-or-lose-it.
- Do the free limits expire?
- No. The free sessions and invites stay on your account until you use them.
- Which labs does the free tier include?
- All of them. The free tier is capped by sessions, not by library access, so you can evaluate any scenario you would actually interview on rather than a watered-down sample.
- What does Scale cost?
- It depends on volume, so we quote it. If you are running interviews continuously and Team is not enough, email us with a rough number of interviews per year and we will price it.
- Does the candidate pay anything?
- Never for an interview you invite them to. Candidates can buy their own practice access if they want to train on the labs in their own time, but that is entirely separate from your hiring loop and has no bearing on it.
- When am I actually charged for a session?
- When a candidate starts the lab. Invites you send that never get opened cost nothing.
- Does the candidate see the report?
- No. For an interview you invite them to, the report and command timeline are visible to your team only. Candidates only see reports for labs they run on their own plan.
- What is a custom lab?
- A scenario hand-built on your stack, using your services and your failure modes. From $1,500, available on Starter and up. Email us and we will scope it.
- Why credits instead of seats?
- You hire in bursts. Per-seat pricing charges you for the quiet months; credits do not.
- Can several interviewers share one account?
- Yes. Credits belong to the account, not to a seat, so anyone on your team can send invites and read reports without buying another licence.

- No, never. When a company invites you, they pay for that session. This plan exists only for labs you choose to run on your own, and buying it gives you no advantage in anyone else’s hiring process.
- Is a practice pack a subscription?
- No. $29 buys 25 labs. They sit on your account until you run them, there is no clock, and nothing auto-renews.
- Do the labs expire?
- No, neither the free warm-up labs nor a paid pack. A countdown that runs down while you are busy at work is exactly the thing we did not want to sell.
- What do I actually get back?
- A report on every attempt, free tier included, yours to keep. Free warm-up labs give you a basic report. Paid packs give you the full AI report — how you diagnosed it, what you broke on the way, and how well you drove your AI — plus the worked solution afterwards.
- Can I use AI during a lab?
- Yes. The report grades how you used it, not whether you used it.
